WishGarden Herbs' Arnica Oil minimizes trauma to tissues and nerves from bruises, strains, sprains, stretches and other closed-skin injuries. 4.5 oz bottle.

Ingredients: Arnica flower, St. Johnswort flower in Olive & Sweet Almond Oils with Vitamin E.

Directions: Apply externally to problem areas several times a day. Caution: DO NOT INGEST, or take internally. Do not apply to open wounds or broken skin. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
