Hemm Sitzbath 3 oz. by Wishgarden
A soak to soothe and shrink hemorrhoids. Soothing topical relief. Helps shrink varicosities.
Ingredients: Witch Hazel leaf & bark,Yarrow flowers, White Oak bark, Plantain leaf, Comfrey leaf & Sea salt.
Directions: Soak in healing sitzbath 1-3 times a day as desired for relief. Place a handful (approx. 1/3 cup) into a quart of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain out herbs and add remaining liquid to warm water in Sitzbath tub. Less conveniently, a large bowl, or small tub, may be be used instead. Do not over-dilute in full bathtub. |
