Ingredients: Cnicus benedictus, organically grown herbs extracted into 50% pure grain alcohol & 50% tocky mountain water according to US pharmacopeia standards for tinctures.
Suggested Use: 2-3 dropperfuls in water, 1-3 times a say as atonic or as professionally advised.
