Gentle Birth Formula has helped many mothers with easier labor and delivery, advanced dilation before discomfort arises, minimized postpartum blood loss. It also helps for a shorter recovery time, less pain during labor and delivery and shorter and easier labors for those who tend to have long difficult births. We also offer this supplement in a version that does not contain Blue Cohosh and another that does not contain Red Raspberry (from the manufacturer: If you have high blood pressure we suggest ordering the Gentle Birth without Blue Cohosh. If you are taking additional Red Raspberry supplements (such as tea, capsules or extract) we suggest ordering the Gentle Birth without Red Raspberry.)
Suggested Use
You will need a 4 oz for the suggested five weeks prior to due date. finishing the bottle is still beneficial to you during the first 2 weeks after delivery. If you tend to deliver early, a 2 oz. bottle may suffice.
Week 1: Take 1/4 teaspoon before morning and evening meals.
Week 2: Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals.
Maintain this dosage until delivery. If the above dosage is used for 5 weeks it will use 24.5 teaspoons. There are 24 teaspoons in the 4 ounce bottle.
