How and WHY should I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. You can read the Privacy Policy for more information, but it's just a standard form of legalese that boils down to this: I don't like getting 4 million emails from companies I buy from, and I don't expect you do either. So we keep your stuff to ourselves.

And why should you create an account?

Our system does not keep any credit card information unless you tell it to do so. That's why when something is added after the fact or an expedited shipping method is chosen, we have to call you for the security code. We have no access to charge your card or see anything of the number except for the last 4 digits.

We keep a copy of your order in the system regardless, otherwise, we would not be able to look up your order and check on it for you or to process a return for you after it is placed.

The only thing that is different for you or for us when you do not create an account and choose to check out anonymously is : YOU CANNOT CHECK ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER OR GET TRACKING INFO WITHOUT IT.

If you call us or email us for tracking information after your order has shipped, we will simply create a password for you, creating the account so that you can log in to check the tracking on your order. There is simply no benefit or difference for you on any level by checking out "anonymously".
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
