One of these easily replaces up to 10 of the standard type of underpad. Think "inside of diaper stuff", you know, that stuff that turns to gel. You can pour and pour liquid on this (we stopped at 70 ounces!) and it still holds and does not drip or leak. It also does not come apart in the fluff area. Extraordinarily absorbent!
