SHIPPING FAQs

PLEASE CALL US if something is not clear, if you don't understand, or if you need questions asked. We're here to help!

  • If you wish to add Signature Requirement to your shipment for an additional $4, let us know via email or call us at 877-423-7796.
  • The customer is responsible for following the tracking of the package once shipped. We DO NOT monitor the packages once they ship, the tracking number is sent to the customer and the responsibility is on the customer to follow the package and be aware of any issues.
As soon as your order ships and when it is delivered, we will notify you via e-mail with your tracking number attached. We appreciate your patience, but if tracking on your order shows it hasn't moved for 5-7 days, notify us.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed, Monday-Friday, but there is no guarantee that an order will ship the day or the day after it is placed. Out of stock items may affect an order shipping. Have questions about your order? Call us!

If you have chosen an overnight method for delivery of a REFRIGERATED ITEM, please note our official cutoff for packages is 12pm EST. Sometimes packages go out after that time, but there is no guarantee. If you have a concern about it getting out the day you wish, we urge you to call us and let us know (877-423-7796). If we are able to accommodate a request for late day shipment, we will (sometimes we just can't)! For Saturday delivery, it is an extra fee and you must request it. This fee can run from $10-$100 extra depending on the area. If you wish to have Saturday delivery, please call us Friday morning to arrange for payment for the extra fees for your package.

Regarding FEDEX EXPRESS shipments of NON-REFRIGERATED ITEMS (Standard or Priority Overnight, 2Day): Please note that Fedex Overnight and Fedex 2Day only deliver Monday-Friday as they were created to cater to business needs. For Saturday delivery, it is an extra fee and you must request it. This fee can run from $10-$100 extra depending on the area. If you wish to have Saturday delivery, please call us once the order is placed to arrange for payment for the extra fees for your package. If you chose an Express service (2Day, Overnight), and it is not a refrigerated item, then it will ship for you on Friday as long as the order comes in before cutoff (12pm EST). If you want to see if the order can ship on Friday and it came in after the cutoff, please call us at 877-423-7796 or email to see if that can be accommodated. You must get a response to your request to consider it done.
