If you are a licensed midwife in a state to which we ship, please fax your license and standing orders, if necessary, and a photo form of ID (Driver's license/State ID) to 888-308-2593 or email to [email protected]. If you fax the license copy, be sure to include an email address in the fax, otherwise we cannot activate an account for you. Once we receive and validate your license, we can create or activate your account. Your license must show a status of good standing and cannot show a probationary, suspended or disciplinary status.

We have pared down the number of states to which we ship pharmaceuticals. Currently we are only shipping pharmaceuticals into the following states:

As states are approved, licensed midwives on file with us will receive an email and be activated to purchase.

CPMs are not allowed to order medications unless their state regulations, scope of practice, and/or policies and procedures governing them specifically state that they may.

Purchase of any pharmaceutical on this site is covered under the regulations of one's home state requirements. Items that may be needed for purchase may be, but are not limited to: License from various medical boards [physician, nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, etc.], DEA #, CNM, APRN, LM, TM, MD.

**If you are a Licensed Midwife in the state of Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Texas, we must also receive a copy of your current standing orders in addition to your licensed midwife information. Without standing orders, according to Texas law, Licensed Midwives may only purchase Erythromycin Ointment. In the state of Utah, we have to have a Signed Formulary for purchase of items that are not listed on the state formulary.

If you are in a state where midwifery is unregulated, this does not give permission to order pharmaceuticals. You must carry the license required in each state to purchase pharmaceuticals. There are no exceptions to this rule. If we are unable to find the correct statute, the midwife must direct us to the statute online allowing procurement and use before sales are permitted.
