Wild Cherry bark: Prunus serotina is found throughout North America. In addition to its edible fruits, both the fruit and bark are used to make medicine. Yerba Mansa root: Anemopsis californica is an aromatic, spicy plant native to the southwest United States. Native communities and settlers revered it for its many health benefits. An astringent plant, it helps support optimal inflammatory response and mucus membranes.

Pleurisy root: Asclepias tuberosa has a particular affinity for the lungs and helps support respiratory health and function.

Lomatium root: Lomatium dissectum is a resinous root that supports immune system strength and helps the body maintain healthy microbial balance during seasonal challenges.

Goldenseal root: Hydrastis canadensis is a perennial plant that has been used in traditional medicine to support mucus membrane wellness and healthy microbial balance.
