This disposable resuscitator comes with a manometer even though it is not pictured. It is endorsed by neonatal resuscitation instructor Karen Strange, CPM. This mask is specially designed for a small, flat infant face. Single patient use.

Complete unit includes resuscitator bag with:
Manometer
Oxygen reservoir
Oxygen tubing
Infant mask
Transparent bag for storage

As a NRP instructor this has always been my preferred Ambu bag both in hospital and out of the hospital. . The built in manometer is a must if you use with neonates.

On the rare occasion that resuscitation is necessary, I am much more confident using this resuscitator over cheaper models I have used in the past.  The built-in manometer gives additional feedback during resuscitation.  I highly recommend adding this to your equipment!
