I remember being MOST uncomfortable after my very first, which was a cesarean birth, after 2 hours of pushing. The hemorrhoids were so awful I could only lay down to breastfeed for about 3 weeks.  If I had this little gem, I would have been able to sit up proper and accept company!  Oh, the comfort...
