Suggested instructions for use (external use only):
For use as sitz bath (8 topical administrations): Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 oz Soothing Sitz mixture. Steep 30 minutes, then strain. Mix with 3 quarts warm water and use as per sitz bath instructions.
For use in bathtub (2 herbal bath therapies): Pour 1/2 contents of Soothing Sitz mixture into 1 quart boiling water. Steep 30 minutes, then strain tea into bath water. May also be slow-simmered for 30 minutes, then strained into bath water.
