A special herbal bath formulated by Shonda Parker - our all-natural ingredients: Comfrey leaf, German chamomile flowers, Lavender flowers, Uva ursi leaves, Shepherd's purse herb, St. John's wort herb, Yarrow herb, Sage leaf, and Echinacea purpurea root with sea salt.
Definitely a must for perineal tears, "skid marks," and over-all care for the perineal area.
Suggested instructions for use (external use only):
For use as sitz bath (8 topical administrations): Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 oz Soothing Sitz mixture. Steep 30 minutes, then strain. Mix with 3 quarts warm water and use as per sitz bath instructions.
For use in bathtub (2 herbal bath therapies): Pour 1/2 contents of Soothing Sitz mixture into 1 quart boiling water. Steep 30 minutes, then strain tea into bath water. May also be slow-simmered for 30 minutes, then strained into bath water.
