Looking at the price, I wasn't sure how good the quality of these would be... Turns out, they're great quality! I heard my baby's heartbeat so clearly the first time I used this fetoscope! :D It'd definitely be in a good midwife's supply kit/bag and I'm so happy to have it as a soon-to-be first time mother. (As stated by the other reviewer, a pair of Soft-Sealing Ear-Tips would help to improve this quite nicely.) I'm very pleased with this fetoscope and do highly recommend!  Thank you PA!

When the eartips are replaced with soft tips, this is my favorite fetoscope.

My only complaint is that the soft coating on the bell wears through after a time, but admittedly, mine is used quite a bit as a practicing midwife.

For whatever reason, I hear better with this one compared to the Allen 10.
