Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
We do not accept returns on any item after 30 days. To return an item
within the 30 day period, you must first call to get an RMA number for
your item or items that you wish to return. That RMA number must be on
the outside of the package or there will be considerable delays in
refunding any monies due to you.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and shipping
costs are not refunded. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we
will then issue the refund by whatever payment method you initially
used.
Items that are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Birth Kits
Pharmaceuticals
ANY Sterile Item
Herbal formulas or anything that is taken internally
*Birth Pool Liners
*Birth Pools of any type
*Some exceptions, see below
Please
inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any mistake in your
order, please notify us immediately. We accept returns within 30 days
on all non-sterile, unused products that are in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on birth kits, sterile products and products
that do not come in their own sealed packaging. The reason for this is
that once something has entered into someone's home, I can no longer
guarantee that it is in a sterile or clean, usable condition. After
all, it may have been subjected to someone's feisty children or animals
that may have happened by! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but my
concern is to the next customer and the safety of her birth and baby. (One suggestion: Most midwives would be happy to purchase back a birth kit from you to be sold to their next client.)
If a birth kit is refused delivery and returned back to us unopened, the kit price minus the cost of shipping will be refunded.
We do not accept returns on herbal products for the safety of our clientele even if the bottle has not been opened.
We
also do not accept returns on birth pool liners unless they are still
in their packaging and have no holes or tears in them. Standard birth
pool liners may not be returned for any reason because they do not have a
packaging.
Birth pools of any type, including Intex, need to be
blown up within the first 24 hours to make sure there are no problems.
Pools may not be returned for a refund once they have been removed from
the box. If the box is still sealed and was not opened, we can accept
the return although the pool will be inspected upon its return to
determine if it was placed back in the box after use. If it was, no
refund will be given and the pool can then be returned back to you at
your cost. If you blow up your pool upon arrival and find it to leak or
be defective in some other way, please let us know immediately. Pools
will not be refunded because of defective issues extending past 14 days
of shipping.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a preciousarrows.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, preciousarrows.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. preciousarrows.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, preciousarrows.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by preciousarrows.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
