Natracare Ultra Extra Pads are a super soft, extra absorbent version of our ultra pad with a double absorbent cellulose core to keep you dry. Secured with wings to help them fit securely, a soft certified organic cotton next to the skin and a waterproof plant-based back, these pads are free from perfumes and dyes. Natracare Ultra Extra Pads are plastic-free, totally chlorine-free (TCF), biodegradable, and compostable.

Natural and absorbent pads for medium or lighter periods, with an extra cushion layer and wings to secure the pad in place.

Ultra extra regular pads come individually wrapped so are easily carried around when you are out and about.

All Natracare pads are commercially compostable to EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. This means our pads break down into organic matter and return to soil when composted, so less waste to worry about. It is also possible to compost pads at home.

Gynaecologist recommended and suitable for sensitive skin or those with allergies. Natracare helps reduce your exposure to synthetic materials and ingredients, including plastic, perfume and dyes often found in conventional period products.
