Active Ingredients:
Chamomile: Is anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic. It also relaxes spasms and calms the nerves. It acts as a mild sedative, soothes the nervous system, treats allergies, rheumatism, arthritis, swellings, intestinal and menstrual cramping. It is also great for fevers, sore throats, aches and pains.
Hops: Is a relaxant, an antiseptic, and an anti-inflammatory herb. It relieves nervousness, asthma, head-aches, toothaches, lowers fevers, and promotes sleep without hindering alertness.
Oatstraw: Is a natural antidepressant, a gentle diuretic, a digestive aid (helps to dispel gas and indigestion), and is highly nourishing. It regulates blood sugar, improves the digestive system, eases tension, and chronic pain.
Lemon Balm: Is known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties. It lowers fevers, relaxes spasms, improves digestion, and is a mild sedative.
Valerian: Used as a mild sedative and sleep aid for nervous tension and insomnia.
Peppermint: is also an antiseptic that helps to relax spasms (specifically in the stomach and bowels) and cleanse the system. It promotes the expulsion of gas, aids in digestion, and relaxes the muscles.

Recommended Dosage: ¼ to ½ tsp. for babies age 2-3; ¾ - 1 tsp for age 3-4; 1-1/2 to 2 tsp for ages 4-10; up to 3 tsp for ages 11 to adult.. This formula is non-addictive.
