Please see our own Lucy's Garden Soothing Sitz as a wonderfully priced alternative! Our formula is made fresh at least twice a week and available in either 4, 8 or 16 ounce canisters.

This product has reduced in weight and is no longer in a reusable canister. It is now packaged in a plastic bag.

Ingredients: Uva Ursi, Yarrow, Plantain, Sage leaf, Lavender, Witch Hazel Leaf, Plantain, Calendula, Gotu Kola

Directions: Soak in soothing sitzbath 1-3 times a day after delivery for up to 2 weeks. Place a handful (approx. 1/3 cup) into a quart of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain out herbs and add remaining liquid to warm water in Sitzbath tub, available in most pharmacies. Less conveniently, a large bowl, or small tub, may be be used instead. Do not over-dilute in full bathtub.
